Tenacious D, the acoustic duo featuring 'Shallow Hal' star Jack Black, are to star in a new movie. The Hollywood Reporter says that Black and bandmate Kyle Gass will write the script and also produce the film.
The plot of the movie is believed to focus on how the duo became the self-proclaimed "greatest band on Earth".Tenacious D will play Dublin's Olympia Theatre on 18 March.
