Michael Barrymore has said he does not see why his television career cannot be resurrected.
The entertainer's career came off the rails after 31-year-old butcher Stuart Lubbock was found dead in his swimming pool in March 2001.
Barrymore was dropped by ITV in September last year, however in an interview with Sky News, he said he didn't see why he couldn't return to the small screen.
He said, "Why shouldn't I? I've never been charged with anything. I haven't done anything."
