Nicole Kidman is in talks to to play the title role in the movie 'Catwoman'.
The Hollywood Reporter says while she has been offered the role she is waiting on the latest draft of the script before making any decisions.
Ashley Judd has also been attached to the project, which is being directed by French director Pitoff.
Catwoman - the alter ego of cat-loving gymnast Patience Price - was originally introduced in the Batman comic book series before becoming a heroine in her own right.
The film is not expected to hit cinema screens until 2005 or 2006.
