Madonna is reported to be pregnant with her third child
The unconfirmed report in Heat magazine says the 44-year-old visited abirth specialist in London at the end of last year.
It claims the singer had a first meeting with the specialist days after completing the first three months of pregnancy.
The report says her pregnancy is the reason Madonna and Guy Richie have moved to Los Angeles.
The couple already have a two-year-old son called Rocco.
Ritchie, 34, is also stepfather to Madonna's six-year-old daughter, Lourdes.
