Johnny Depp is to star in 'Secret Window, Secret Garden', an adaptation of a Stephen King novella.
The Hollywood Reporter says the story follows a writer who is pursued by a stranger who claims the author stole his story but changed the ending.
It is hoped that production will begin on the film in July.
Depp has recently completed work on two movies: 'Neverland' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.
