The singer R Kelly has been arrested in Miami and charged with a further 12 counts of possession of child pornography.
The R&B star was questioned by police for three hours and bail was set at $12,000.
Kelly was arrested in June of last year and has already pleaded not guilty to 21 charges relating to producing child pornography and appearing in a video having sex with an underage girl.
The latest arrest was made on a warrant from Florida where investigators say had they found digital images during a search of Kelly's rented home in June 2002.
A spokesman for the singer said, "As far as we can tell, the charges all relate to R Kelly's arrest last summer. In other words, there is nothing new here."
The 36-year-old Grammy winner is best known for his single 'I Believe I Can Fly'.
