Aniston reveals diet 'addiction'

'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she had an eating disorder that ruined her health.

Speaking after the Golden Globes Awards, where she won Best Actress in a TV Comedy, Aniston said she got "kind of addicted" to a carbohydrate-free diet.

She told Closer magazine that the diet took her from a size 14 to a 6. "I got to a place where I was sick a lot, my energy was low and I wasn't happy."

The actress, who is now between an 8 and a 10, said "Now I eat food, I work out, but I don't go crazy... I'm just healthy."

33-year-old Aniston is currently starring in feature film 'The Good Girl' at cinemas nationwide.
