Will Smith is in talks to star in an adaptation of Russian author Isaac Asimov's classic Sci-Fi novel 'I Robot'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that 'The Crow' director Alex Proyas will direct the film, which takes place in a society where robots live and work alongside humans.
If Smith signs up for the movie, he will play a police officer called in to investigate a murder he believes was committed by a robot, only to uncover a conspiracy.
Production on 'I Robot' is set to begin in the Spring.
