Jackson not under police investigation

German police have said that they are not investigating an incident earlier this week when Michael Jackson dangled his baby from a hotel balcony.

Jackson was heavily criticised for holding his youngest child, Prince Michael II, over the iron railing of a Berlin hotel.

Police say that they have found no evidence of an offence.

The singer also drew comment for his trip to the zoo with his two elder children, Prince Michael (5) and Paris (4) on Wednesday.

Both children were veiled on the outing.

Jackson was in Germany to receive a Bambi entertainment lifetime achievement award.
