Zwan, the new band led by former Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, have signed a record deal with Reprise.
Their as-yet-untitled debut album is due in late January or early February.
Joining Corgan in Zwan are former Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, guitarist David Pajo of Aerial M and Papa M, A Perfect Circle bassist Paz Lenchantin and ex-Chavez guitarist Matt Sweeney.
The band will play a series of US dates in the run-up to Christmas, including a benefit show in Boston in December with Coldplay.
