Michael Jackson has held up a court hearing in California, objecting to pictures taken of him by courtroom photographers.
The singer's legal team were responding to the judge's order that Jackson remove a surgical mask while giving evidence.
They said the singer was distressed that photos taken of his face had appeared in the press. The judge ordered the courtroom photographers to be less intrusive.
Jackson is being sued for €22m by a German promoter over plans for two Millennium Eve concerts.
The pop star, who arrived late to the hearing, told the judge he was not involved in the business side of things as he was "too busy being a visionary".
