US singer Jennifer Lopez is said to be under armed guard over fears that she may be kidnapped.
Former FBI and CIA agents are protecting the singer from potential hostage takers, at a cost of more than €1m to her fiancé Ben Affleck.
The guards are said to be trained to protect heads of state and top dignitaries, each carries a .45 calibre handgun, binoculars, night vision scopes, walkie-talkies and bug detectors.
Lopez and actor Affleck confirmed their engagement recently.
