Following its success on the big screen, 'About a Boy' could become a TV series.
The Hollywood Reporter says media giant Fox has ordered a pilot show based on the misadventures of a rich bachelor and his 12-year-old sidekick.
'About a Boy', which is based on Nick Hornby's bestselling book, grossed nearly $100m when it was released earlier this year.
There are no details on who would reprise Hugh Grant's role for the TV show which, if greenlighted, would reach screens late next year.
