David Gray's new album 'A New Day At Midnight', débuted in the Irish album charts at Number 1.
This is the third time that Gray has held the number one slot in Ireland.
'White Ladder', his breakthrough record, and 'Lost Songs 95-98' both went to number one in 2000.
Although it took 'White ladder' 14 months to reach number one, it is officially the biggest selling album in Ireland ever and has gone 25 times platinum.
