Steven Spielberg will travel to Cuba next week to attend the opening of a festival of his work.
The director will meet Cuban filmmakers, speak to students at an international film school and visit Havana's main synagogue to meet Cuba's Jewish community.
Eight of his films, including 'Schindler's List', 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' previously exhibited in Cuba, will be shown.
Spielberg will launch the festival by attending the Cuban premiere of his most recent film, 'Minority Report'.
The director's first trip to Cuba was authorised by the Bush administration because it is a non-commercial film-related cultural exchange.
Spielberg, will be accompanied by his wife, actress Kate Capshaw.
