Muse have threatened to sue Celine Dion after the Canadian singer decided to use their name in her new show.
The British rock band legally own the worldwide rights to the name for any music related venture including live performance and recordings.
Dion's management company offered the band $50,000 for the use of the name but Muse declined to accept this.
Dion still plans to use the name for her Las Vegas residency, which will start in March, prompting the band to consider legal action.
