Whitney Houston is being sued for $100 million by her father's company for breach of contract.
A statement from Houston Entertainment accuses the singer of never paying for services rendered when it acted on her behalf in a managerial capacity.
Houston's associates say her father, John, is on their side. However, a spokesperson for the singer said he wanted no part in the legal action and had disassociated himself from the company's statement.
