Actress Michelle Ryan is to return to the BBC soap EastEnders after a four month break from filming.
Storylines were hastily changed after the 18-year-old actress, who plays Zoe Slater, took extended leave in early June for personal reasons.
Ryan will resume filming in October. It is understood she has been suffering from nervous exhaustion.
