A sequel to the Oscar-winning Roman empire epic 'Gladiator' is in the works.
The Hollywood Reporter says that John Logan, part of the writing team on 'Gladiator', has been hired to pen the sequel.
It is reported that the second film will take place 15 years after the end of the first movie.
Logan has also worked on the Samantha Mumba-starring adventure 'The Time Machine' and Tom Cruise's current project 'The Last Samurai'.
