Soul legend James Brown is being sued for $1 million in back royalties by his daughters.
Deanna Brown Thomas and Dr Yamma Brown claim they co-wrote 25 of Brown's songs including 1976 hit 'Get Up Offa That Thing', even though they were just three and six years old at the time.
Their lawyer says the girls helped write many of the songs that went on to be big hits for Brown.
