A post mortem has shown that Ramones bassist Dee Dee Ramone died from an accidental heroin overdose.
The 50-year-old, who had contributed to such seminal albums as 'Leave Home' and 'Rocket to Russia', was found dead at his Los Angeles home in June of this year.
His death came just months after the band had been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Ramones frontman Joey Ramone died of cancer in April 2001.
