Bono is set to guest on an episode of the Oprah Winfrey show being recorded in Chicago today.
According to U2's website, Bono will talk about his efforts to fight Third World Debt and help developing countries.
The show is set to be aired in the US on Friday, 20 September.
There are no details on whether the show will be screened in Ireland.
Last night in Chicago, Bono joined The Rolling Stones onstage during their set for the song 'It's Only Rock 'n' Roll'.
