U2 have announced the tracklisting for their upcoming collection, 'U2: The Best of 1990 – 2000'.
Aside from the band's many hits, the album also features two new tracks: the soon-to-be-released single 'Electrical Storm' and 'The Hands That Built America'.

Initial copies of the album will include a bonus DVD and a second CD, 'The Best of the B-sides'. It will feature remixes of tracks like 'Dirty Day', 'Numb', 'Lemon' and 'Discothèque' and the original version of 'Electrical Storm'.
U2 will also release a 'Best Of 1990 – 2000' DVD in early December.
