Two nights in Dublin for Morrissey

Morrissey is to play two nights in the Ambassador, Dublin at the beginning of October.

The Manchester singer/songwriter was the former lead singer of legendary indie band The Smiths.

When The Smiths disintegrated in 1987, Morrissey embarked on a solo career, releasing albums such as 'Viva Hate' and 'Vauxhall and I'.

His recent live shows have included songs from his Smiths back catalogue, such as 'Meat Is Murder' and 'There Is A Light That Never Goes Out', as well as classics from his solo career, including 'Suedehead' and 'Everyday Is Like Sunday'.

Tickets are not yet on sale but will soon be available from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
