Hank's latest tops US box office

Tom Hanks latest film has taken the number one place on the US box office chart this week after figures for this weekend's takings were revised.

Early estimates had indicated that 'Stuart Little 2' had beaten 'The Road to Perdition', but the figures show Hank's film made $15.4 million; 'Stuart Little 2' took $15.1 million.

'Men In Black 2' is now in third place with takings of $14.6 million this weekend.

Harrison Ford's 'K-19: The Widowmaker' opened in fourth place with takings of $12.8 million.

'The Road to Perdition' is due for release in Ireland on 30 August. 'Men in Black 2' is due out on 2 August.
