UK boyband Blue may have to follow in the footsteps of Liberty X and change their name as they are being sued by another band, also called Blue.
Formed in the 70s, the original Blue four-piece claim to have lost sales since the boyband's launch.
Blue are not the first to face a name-change, Liberty X added the X following a challenge from a band with the same name.
In the US, The Charlatans are known as Charlatans UK and Suede call themselves London Suede.
