The new Harry Potter book may not be in the shops until next year.
Although 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' had been expected in the shops this summer, author JK Rowling has not yet finished the book.
A spokeswoman for Rowling stated, "It might not be finished until next year. There is no deadline and there never was. She doesn't have writer's block and she is busy writing the book at the moment."
'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' will be the fifth installment in the seven-part series about the boy wizard and his adventures at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
