Legendary rock band the Rolling Stones have announced plans for a 40th anniversary world tour.
The announcement was made at a press conference in New York yesterday.
"We're going to have three kinds of shows – stadia, arena and theatre or club shows, in New York we'r'e going to do all three," confirmed lead singer Mick Jagger.
The 12-month tour will take in dates in the US and Canada, as well as Europe, Australia, Mexico and the Far East.
The tour will begin in September.
