Variety reports that 'Panic Room' director David Fincher is in talks to helm a remake of 70's thriller 'The Reincarnation of Peter Proud'.
The original movie told the story of a college professor who has flashbacks and is drawn to a town where his wife from another life lived.
Fincher has recently agreed to direct the third 'Mission: Impossible' film.
