Movie legend Marlon Brando is facing a $70m palimony suit from a woman who claims she had a 14-year relationship with him.
Maria Cristina Ruiz says Brando fathered her three children and maintains he has stopped supporting her financially.
Ruiz’s attorney, Donald Woldman, said the relationship “was just like a marriage, there was an engagement ring and a wedding ring”.
The palimony suit states that the couple agreed that, in the event of a break-up, Brando’s assets would be divided equally.
