Actress Tamzin Outhwaite will bid farewell to Albert Square tonight as she makes her final appearance in 'EastEnders'.
Viewers will see Outhwaite, who plays Melanie Owen, make an emotional exit after three years in the hit television soap.
During her time in the Square, Mel has married twice, been taken hostage, slept with her best friend's man and been locked up over her recently dead husband's dodgy deals.
Asked if she would return to the soap the actress said, "Never say never is my view".
