Magician David Blaine is to spend two full days and nights balanced on top of a 100ft flagpole for his latest stunt.
The 29-year-old will stand on the pole, which has the diameter of a football, without a harness or safety net.
The stunt is expected to take place next month in his native New York at the General Motors building on Fifth Avenue.
It’s the latest in a line of death-defying stunts for the magician which have included being buried alive for five days and being locked inside a huge block of ice for 62 hours.
