Director Martin Scorsese is to be the head of the short film and
Cinefondation jury at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
Scorsese will preside over the awarding of a Short Film Palme d'Or and three Cinefondation Prizes which will go to film school directors of short and medium length features.
The four remaining jury members will be announced at a press conference on April 24.
The festival, now in its 55th year, will run from May 15-26.
