Texas singer Sharleen Spiteri is expecting her first baby.
The 34-year-old singer is due to give birth in September.
A spokesman said that Spiteri and her partner of seven years, magazine executive Ashley Heath, don't know if the baby is a boy or a girl.
He added that Spiteri would continue writing and recording material for the new Texas album up to the big day.
