Kelly Osbourne, daughter of legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, is to work with funk outfit Incubus on a cover of Madonna's 'Papa Don't Preach'.
According to VH1.COM, Kelly's mother Sharon chose the song while her brother Jack will produce it.
The song is set to appear on the new MTV documentary series on the family 'The Osbournes'.
