Jazz pianist sues Eminem

Eminem is being sued for $10 million by French jazz pianist Jacques Loussier.

Loussier claims that the controversial American rapper used sections from his jazz song 'Pulsion' in 'Kill You' which is on Eminem's best-selling 'The Marshall Mathers LP'.

The pianist filed a copyright infringement lawsuit in the US District Court, Manhattan against Eminem, his recording label, Interscope Records, and its parent company, Vivendi Universal Music Group on Friday.
