Controversial garage group So Solid Crew has been forced to pull out of a major music festival after police objections.
The dance collective, which has seen some of its concerts marred by violence, will not now appear at the Homelands one-day festival near Winchester in the UK this coming June.
The move comes after Hampshire Police and the local authority said that they would not police or licence the event if the band played because they could not guarantee public safety for the 50,000 expected to attend.
