Protests at Ali G premiere

The world premiere of the first Ali G film, 'Ali G In Da House', has been held in London.

The spoof character, played by comic Sacha Baron Cohen, arrived at the screening in Leicester Square with an entourage of bikini-clad dancers.

A small group from Untold magazine have claimed that the film is racist and should be boycotted.

Cohen has dismissed the criticism, saying, "It's clear there's a lot of racialism out there and if they see a brother on screen and they knock me for that then so be it. Keep it real."

'Ali G in Da House' premieres in Dublin tonight and opens at cinemas across Ireland tomorrow.
