English actor Hugh Grant has been lined up to play British Prime Minister Tony Blair in a new comedy penned by Richard Curtis.
The 'Notting Hill' star told reporters that shooting will begin this autumn and that the, as yet unnamed, project will also be directed by Curtis.
Grant spilled the beans during a taping session for the US television series 'Inside the Actors' Studio' in New York, where he is currently filming a romantic comedy with Sandra Bullock.
