Actors Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton have named their adopted Cambodian son Maddox.
Jolie (26), who is a United Nations goodwill ambassador, first saw the baby in an orphanage during a trip to Cambodia in November and "instantly felt a connection" to him.
In a joint statement the couple said that they were "very grateful to have him in our lives." They revealed that they adopted the seven-month-old child after months of waiting.
Maddox will have a Cambodian as well as an American name and will be brought up in both countries.
