Mean Fiddler takes over at Glastonbury

Mean Fiddler, the live entertainment group headed by Tramore-born Vince Power, is the new commercial operator of England's Glastonbury Festival.

Mean Fiddler has taken a 20% stake in the world famous event that attracts over 100,000 music fans to its Somerset venue every summer.

Mean Fiddler already operates the Reading festival, the Fleadh in London and the Homelands dance events in England, Ireland and Scotland.

Vince Power founded the Mean Fiddler music club in London 19 years ago.
