It has been confirmed that Irish actor Gabriel Byrne will join the cast of the movie 'Ghost Ship', currently filming in Queensland, Australia.
Directed by directed by Steve Beck, 'Ghost Ship' tells the story of a group of salvagers who discover a passenger ship, missing since 1953, floating adrift on the Bering Sea.
Claiming the vessel as their own, they begin towing it towards harbor, but following a series of bizarre occurrences the group becomes trapped inside the ship, which they soon learn is inhabited by a demonic creature.
Karl Urban (The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring), Australian actor Alex Dimitriades, Desmond Harrington, Julianna Margulies (ER), Ron Eldard and Isaiah Washington also star in the Warner Bros thriller.
