George Harrison's widow Olivia has filed a law-suit against her former brother-in-law in Los Angeles.
Harrison has apparently launched the legal action against Carl Roles, claiming he tried to sell some of the ex-Beatle's possessions just a day after his death on the November 29, 2002.
Described as "household and personal items of sentimental value", in the suit, Mrs Harrison says the items were taken without permission during the 1980s.
