Viewers of the ITV1 television show Pop Idol have voted Elvis Presley as the greatest music star of all time.
Cliff Richard took surprise second place in the poll, beating current UK chart topper Robbie Williams.
Williams claimed the coveted Christmas Number 1 slot this year with his Nicole Kidman duet, 'Somethin' Stupid'.
