Williams' duet with Nicole Kidman, a cover of Sinatra classic 'Somethin' Stupid', held on to the top spot in one of the closest races for the best selling festive hit in recent years.
Williams saw off chart unknown Gordon Haskell, whose song 'How Wonderful You Are', had stormed the charts in recent weeks.
Williams' album 'Swing When You're Winning' is also at the top of the UK album charts.
