The Edge has paid tribute to former Big Country singer Stuart Adamson.
The U2 guitarist, who was a close friend of Adamson, described him as "a real romantic soul".
He said Adamson "will be missed by all who loved his music and even more by those lucky enough to know him personally."
Stuart Adamson, who was found dead in a hotel in Hawaii last weekend.
The band, Big Country, sold more than 10 million albums during the 1980s.
