Rap star Eminem is being sued for $1m by a former schoolmate who is mentioned in a song on the star's 1999 'Slim Shady' album.
DeAngelo Bailey claims that Eminem slandered him and invaded his privacy with the lyrics to 'Brain Damage'.
Bailey is named in the song with Eminem alleging that he was bullied by him in school.
A spokesperson for Eminem has refused to comment on the lawsuit.
