Pop quintet Hear'Say deny allegations that they are ripping off fans by releasing a second album just nine months after the release of their debut.
Noel Sullivan says the Popstars winners are just "giving fans what they want".
The album 'Everybody' is set to battle in the Christmas charts and will be released on December 3.
Noel said "We don't see it as ripping fans off, we're keeping fans interested and giving the fans what they want".
