Limp Bizkit want a female guitarist to replace Wes Borland.
Singer Fred Durst says he knew Wes's departure was coming and the band are auditioning for a new band member.
Durst said, "I really hope we find a girl guitar player." And he described the search as: "If you're looking for that love of your life, your soul mate and you haven't found it, it's that type of journey."
The auditions are being hampered however, by Durst's fear of flying.
