Rock group Limp Bizkit have been criticised for their response to security personnel directions at an Australian rock festival where a young fan died.
The band are alleged to have "mocked" a security guard attempting to rescue 16-year-old girl from the moshpit.
Jessica Michalik subsequently died five days after being crushed during the Big Day Out festival in Sydney in January.
Excessive crowd movement, hot weather, and the inability to gain access to Jessica where all contributory factors in her death.
A spokesperson for the event said: "The security officer entered the moshpit under volatile conditions while being publicly mocked and unfairly criticised by the band in a manner that frustrated their efforts to save lives."
The inquiry continues.
